A month has past already and I just kept postponing to write a blog for May. There’s so much going on behind the scenes!

On Mother’s Day I got a beautiful present: Himi gouache paint I’ve been wanting to try for a long time now. I did open the package right away of course, but I haven’t had time to really paint something. Hopefully soon!

I’m still getting to know my Cricut Maker 3! There are just never enough hours in one day! But I made beautiful bird rings this month. And of course I have lots of ideas for my Cricut. Hopefully soon!

These are only a few things happening now. But of course there’s so much more, as always. Who hasn’t? So I decided to take a break until September. My shop is closed for now, I’m thinking about opening it earlier. But my parrot portraits won’t be back sooner than September. It’s just too much right now and drawing a parrot portrait takes a lot of time. Especially when I have 4 parrot portraits or more to draw for one person, haha!

So I’m taking a long break this summer! But actually not that long because I’m still being creative, sharing my daily life on Instagram and opening my shop in between. But still, I’m taking my time and rest when I need to.
